Holding a calm, supportive space for you in this busy world

Kinesiology is a gentle, holistic therapy that supports your body’s natural ability to heal. Through muscle monitoring, I can help uncover the root causes of imbalance and guide your body back to health, balance, and vitality.

Alongside Kinesiology, I offer support in nutrition, detoxification, and mindful movement, helping you make positive lifestyle choices that enhance your wellbeing and create lasting balance in your life.

About me

I am a qualified Kinesiologist with a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Health, working from my home clinic in Dunsborough, in the beautiful south west of Western Australia.

I have practiced as a kinesiologist, Health and wellness coach and nutritional advisor.  This experience has given me a deep understanding of how emotional and spiritual wellbeing, good nutrition and mindful movement work together to restore overall health.

Working with Miranda was a turning point for me. Her Dunsborough clinic is such a peaceful space, and her wholistic approach gave me real clarity on my health. I’ve finally cleared the stress that was holding me back and feel a sense of balance I haven’t had in years— Anda M

Not necessarily. Kinesiology works with the body’s bio feedback, so sessions can be very effective even if you prefer not to talk.

This can vary from person to person. Some clients feel significant shifts after just one session, while others benefit from a series of sessions to work through deeper or longer-standing issues. Your body will guide the process, and we will always work at a pace that feels right for you.

Absolutely. Kinesiology is gentle and non-invasive, making it suitable for children and teenagers.  I offer shorter sessions for children 6-16 years.  For children younger than 6, please get in touch to discuss options.

Most people feel lighter, clearer, and more positive after a session. Sometimes emotions can surface or release, which is a natural part of the healing process. You may feel a little tired afterwards, so it’s a good idea to drink plenty of water and take it easy for the rest of the day.

Comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and move easily is ideal. Sessions typically occur laying on a massage table, fully clothed, shoes off.

Yes. Kinesiology works beautifully alongside many other therapies and treatments. Many clients combine kinesiology with physiotherapy, chiropractic, counselling and general medical care. It can complement other treatments by addressing underlying issues and supporting the body’s overall balance.

Yes.  However, it is essential to let me know beforehand so I can make any adjustments to techniques used, as some acupressure points need to be avoided to ensure comfort and safety.

Please check with your health fund, however kinesiology is generally not covered by private health insurance in Australia. It was removed from private health cover in recent years, although industry associations continue to advocate for its reinstatement.
